418e3ea157 bus_find_device: Unify the match callback with class_find_device
There is an arbitrary difference between the prototypes of
bus_find_device() and class_find_device() preventing their callers
from passing the same pair of data and match() arguments to both of
them, which is the const qualifier used in the prototype of
class_find_device(). If that qualifier is also used in the
bus_find_device() prototype, it will be possible to pass the same
match() callback function to both bus_find_device() and
class_find_device(), which will allow some optimizations to be made in
order to avoid code duplication going forward. Also with that, constify
the "data" parameter as it is passed as a const to the match function.

For this reason, change the prototype of bus_find_device() to match
the prototype of class_find_device() and adjust its callers to use the
const qualifier in accordance with the new prototype of it.

871e846585 net: ethernet: ti: davinci_cpdma: use idled submit
While data pass suspend, reuse of rx descriptors can be disabled using
channel state & lock from cpdma layer. For this, submit to a channel
has to be disabled using state != "not active" under lock, what is done
with this patch. The same submit is used to fill rx channel while
ndo_open, when channel is idled, so add idled submit routine that
allows to prepare descs for the channel. All this simplifies code and
helps to avoid dormant mode usage and send packets only to active
channels, avoiding potential race in later on changes. Also add missed
sync barrier analogically like in other places after stopping tx
queues.

a3047a81ba net: ethernet: ti: cpts: add support for ext rftclk selection
Some CPTS instances, which can be found on KeyStone 2 1G Ethernet Switch
Subsystems, can control an external multiplexer that selects one of up to
32 clocks as time sync reference (RFTCLK) clock. This feature can be
configured through CPTS_RFTCLK_SEL register (offset: x08) in CPTS module
and can be represented as multiplexer clock.

Hence, introduce support for optional cpts-refclk-mux clock, which, once
defined will allow to select required CPTS RFTCLK by using
assigned-clock-parents DT property in board files.

2d2924af96 net: ethernet: fix similar warning reported by kbuild test robot
This patch fixes following (similar) warning reported by kbuild test robot:

 In function ‘memcpy’,
  inlined from ‘smsc75xx_init_mac_address’ at drivers/net/usb/smsc75xx.c:778:3,
  inlined from ‘smsc75xx_bind’ at drivers/net/usb/smsc75xx.c:1501:2:
./include/linux/string.h:355:9: warning: argument 2 null where non-null expected [-Wnonnull]

  drivers/net/usb/smsc75xx.c: In function ‘smsc75xx_bind’:
  ./include/linux/string.h:355:9: note: in a call to built-in function ‘__builtin_memcpy’

I've replaced the offending memcpy with ether_addr_copy, because I'm
100% sure, that of_get_mac_address can't return NULL as it returns valid
pointer or ERR_PTR encoded value, nothing else.

I'm hesitant to just change IS_ERR into IS_ERR_OR_NULL check, as this
would make the warning disappear also, but it would be confusing to
check for impossible return value just to make a compiler happy.

I'm now changing all occurencies of memcpy to ether_addr_copy after the
of_get_mac_address call, as it's very likely, that we're going to get
similar reports from kbuild test robot in the future.

it's implemented as separate Platform device/driver and defined in DT files

- as standalone node
- as child node of CPSW subsystem.

In later case it's required to split CPSW subsystem "reg" property to
exclude MDIO I/O range which is not useful.

Hence, replace devm_ioremap_resource() with devm_ioremap() to allow define
full I/O range in parent CPSW subsystem without spliting.

99f6297182 net: ethernet: ti: cpsw: drop TI_DAVINCI_CPDMA config option
Both drivers CPSW and EMAC can't work without CPDMA, hence simplify build
of those drivers by always linking davinci_cpdma and drop TI_DAVINCI_CPDMA
config option.
Note. the davinci_emac driver module was changed to "ti_davinci_emac" to
make build work.

f096ca63ca davinci_emac: always build in CONFIG_OF code
clang warns about what seems to be an unintended use of an obscure C
language feature where a forward declaration of an array remains usable
when the final definition is never seen:

drivers/net/ethernet/ti/davinci_emac.c:1694:34: error: tentative array definition assumed to have one element [-Werror]
static const struct of_device_id davinci_emac_of_match[];

There is no harm in always enabling the device tree matching code here,
and it makes the code behave in a more conventional way aside from
avoiding the warning.

Pull ARM SoC late updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"Here are two branches that came relatively late during the linux-5.0
development cycle and have dependencies on the other branches:

   - On the TI OMAP platform, the CPSW Ethernet PHY mode selection
driver is being replaced, this puts the final pieces in place

   - On the DaVinci platform, the interrupt handling code in arch/arm
gets moved into a regular device driver in drivers/irqchip.

Since they both had some time in linux-next after the 5.0-rc8 release,
I'm sending them along with the other updates"
