OF-graph base DT binding is used on V4L2, and ALSA SoC is using
different style of DT today. Now ALSA SoC supports simple-card driver
for generic/simple sound card, and we have simple-scu-card driver
for simple-card + ALSA DPCM case.
In the future, V4L2 / ALSA will support HDMI, and then, DT bindings
between V4L2 / ALSA should be merged.
This patch adds new Audio Graph SCU Card which is OF-graph base of
simple-scu-card

rsrc-card which is using DPCM feature was created for Renesas sound.
But not only Renesas, but many SoC can use this driver, because
it is based on simple-card driver.
To use it as more open driver, rsrc-card will be renamed to
simple-scu-card. In order to easy patch review, as 3rd step,
this patch moves rsrc-card driver to generic folder.

simple-card-utils might be used as module, but MODULE_xxx()
information was missed. This patch adds it.
Otherwise, we will have below error, and can't use it.

Current ALSA SoC has simple-card driver which is supporting both
platform and DT probe.
Now, some sound cards driver are created based on simple-card.
They have similar feature or function, but implemented separately
on each drivers. This is a waste of code.
OTOH, merging these driver into same driver is highly risk,
because it will be very difficult to keep compatibility.
More over, ALSA SoC want to have graph base of DT feature in the
future. Maybe it want to use simple-card like feature / function.
Because of these background, this patch creates simple-card
helper utils, and provides common function to each drivers.

Current ASoC requires card.c file to each platforms in order to
specifies its CPU and Codecs pair.
But the differences between these were only value/strings of setting.
In order to reduce duplicate driver, this patch adds generic/simple-card.
