The handling of IB_RDMA_WRITE_ONLY_WITH_IMMEDIATE will leak a memory
reference when a buffer cannot be allocated for returning the immediate
data.
The issue is that the rkey validation has already occurred and the RNR
nak fails to release the reference that was fruitlessly gotten. The
the peer will send the identical single packet request when its RNR
timer pops.
The fix is to release the held reference prior to the rnr nak exit.
This is the only sequence the requires both rkey validation and the
buffer allocation on the same packet.

Keep VL15 credits at 0 during LNI, before link-up. Store
VL15 credits value during verify cap interrupt and set
in after link-up. This addresses an issue where VL15 MAD
packets could be sent by one side of the link before
the other side is ready to receive them.

The CDROMREADAUDIO ioctl uses SCSI passthrough when the .disk
pointer has been set in struct cdrom_device_info. Hence check
whether SCSI passthrough is supported before submitting a SCSI
command. Note: both the ide-cd and sr drivers set the disk
pointer in struct cdrom_device_info but neither the pcd nor
the gdrom driver sets that pointer.

From the context where a SCSI command is submitted it is not always
possible to figure out whether or not the queue the command is
submitted to has struct scsi_request as the first member of its

When verifying whether or not a blk-mq driver forgot to kick the
requeue list after having requeued a request it is important to
be able to verify the contents of the requeue list. Hence export
that list through debugfs.

Right now attempting doing suspend/resume while root is mounted over NFS
hangs on imx6ul-14x14-evk. This is happening because ksz8081 phy fixups are
lost on resume.
Fix this by using equivalent devicetree properties instead of a phy fixup
and handling those properties on resume in the micrel driver.
In theory it might now be possible to remove the phy fixup from mach-imx6ul
entirely but it is possible that this would break other imx6ul boards which
use the same phy. The solution would be to patch their dts but it's not
clear how to identify affected boards.

config_init and resume. Calling config_init directly could be an option but

Right now mach-imx6ul registers a fixup for the ksz8081 phy. The same
register values can be set through the micrel phy driver by using dts
properties.
This seems preferable and allows cleanly fixing suspend/resume.

This patch series add the driver for dwmac-sun8i which handle the Ethernet MAC
present on Allwinner H3/H5/A83T/A64 SoCs.
This driver is the continuation of the sun8i-emac driver.
During the development, it appeared that in fact the hardware was a modified
version of some dwmac.
So the driver is now written as a glue driver for stmmac.
It supports 10/100/1000 Mbit/s speed with half/full duplex.
It can use an internal PHY (MII 10/100) or an external PHY
via RGMII/RMII.
This patch series enable the driver only for the H3/A64/H5 SoC since A83T
doesn't have the necessary clocks present in mainline.
The driver have been tested on the following boards:

- A83T BananaPI-M3
The first two patchs are some mandatory changes for letting dwmac-sun8i be used.
The following three patchs add the driver and its documentation.

The dwmac-sun8i is an Ethernet MAC that supports 10/100/1000 Mbit
connections. It is very similar to the device found in the Allwinner
H3, but lacks the internal 100 Mbit PHY and its associated control
bits.
This adds the necessary bits to the Allwinner A64 SoC .dtsi, but keeps
it disabled at this level.
