If multiple tasks attempt to read the stats, it may happen that the
start_req_done completion is re-initialized while still being used by
another task, causing a list corruption.
This patch fixes the bug by adding a mutex to serialize the calls to
bnx2fc_get_host_stats().

When pci_enable_device() or pci_enable_device_mem() fail in
qla2x00_probe_one() we bail out but do a call to
pci_disable_device(). This causes the dev_WARN_ON() in
pci_disable_device() to trigger, as the device wasn't enabled
previously.
So instead of taking the 'probe_out' error path we can directly return
*iff* one of the pci_enable_device() calls fails.
Additionally rename the 'probe_out' goto label's name to the more
descriptive 'disable_device'.

DesignWare HDMI driver (= dw-hdmi) is supporting HDMI sound, and its
probe function was calling sound binding function multiple times as
same HDMI device different port.
Because of this behavior, commit 9731f82d60 ("ASoC: hdmi-codec: enable
multi probe for ...") was added for multi detection case.
But, this DesignWare HDMI detection/bind code was exchanged/adjusted by
commit 69497eb923 ("drm: bridge: dw-hdmi: Implement DRM bridge...").
Now, all DesignWare HDMI sound ports are detected as 1 bindng function.
Because of this, hdmi-codec multi detection support is no longer needed.
Thus, this patch removes

Module init params are additional data block in the module private data.
Skylake driver doesn't yet have support to parse multiple data blocks if
it appears in private data. Add support for parsing of multiple data

Element size in the manifest should be updated for each token, so that the
loop can parse all the string elements in the manifest. This was not
happening when more than two string elements appear consecutively, as it is
not updated with correct string element size. Fixed with this patch.

In SKL+ platforms, all IPC commands are serialised, i.e. the driver sends
a new IPC to DSP, only after receiving a reply from the firmware for the
current IPC.
Hence it seems apparent that there is only a single modifier of the IPC RX
List. However, during an IPC timeout case in a multithreaded environment,
there is a possibility of the list element being deleted two times if not
properly protected.
So, use spin lock save/restore to prevent rx_list corruption.

The regulators set consists of 4 BUCKs. The output
voltages are configurable and are meant to supply power to the
main processor and other components. The ramp delay is configurable
for all BUCKs. The BUCKs can be configured in single phase or
multiphase modes.

The SPICC hardware block on the Amlogic SoCs is Communication oriented and
can do Full-Duplex 8- to 32-bit width SPI transfers up to 30MHz.
The current driver only supportd the PIO transfer mode since the DMA seems
broken on available hardware.

soc_cleanup_card_resources() call snd_card_free() at the last of its
procedure. This turned out to lead to a use-after-free.
PCM runtimes have been already removed via soc_remove_pcm_runtimes(),
while it's dereferenced later in soc_pcm_free() called via
snd_card_free().
The fix is simple: just move the snd_card_free() call to the beginning
of the whole procedure. This also gives another benefit: it
guarantees that all operations have been shut down before actually
releasing the resources, which was racy until now.

Some hardware designs use GPIOs to add (or supplement) the SPI
chip-select so that more than one SPI slave device can be used.
For this to work with the spi-orion driver the SPI_MASTER_GPIO_SS flag
needs to be set (because the other outputs are gated internally by the
CS) and the correct chip-select (in this case CS0) needs to be driven by
the controller.

In most cases, a cgroup controller don't care about the liftimes of
cgroups. For the controller, a css becomes online when ->css_online()
is called on it and offline when ->css_offline() is called.
However, cpuset is special in that the user interface it exposes cares
whether certain cgroups exist or not. Combined with the RCU delay
between cgroup removal and css offlining, this can lead to user
visible behavior oddities where operations which should succeed after
cgroup removals fail for some time period. The effects of cgroup
removals are delayed when seen from userland.
This patch adds css_is_dying() which tests whether offline is pending
and updates is_cpuset_online() so that the function returns false also
while offline is pending. This gets rid of the userland visible
delays.

Currently the ceph client doesn't respect the rlimit in fallocate. This
means that a user can allocate a file with size > RLIMIT_FSIZE. This
patch adds the call to inode_newsize_ok() to verify filesystem limits and
ulimits. This should make ceph successfully run xfstest generic/228.

Constructing the name takes the majority of the time for allocating a
sync_file to wrap a fence, and the name is very rarely used (only via
the sync_file status user interface). To reduce the impact on the common
path (that of creating sync_file to pass around), defer the construction
of the name until it is first used.

v4: Comment upon the potential race between two users of
sync_file_get_name() and claim that such a race is below the level of
notice. However, to prevent any future nuisance, use a global spinlock
to serialize the assignment of the name.

in from the user inside sync_file->user_name and passing in a buffer to
dynamically construct the name otherwise.

The cryptographic engine nodes have an interrupt which is configured as
both edge and level, which makes no sense at all. Fix this by
configuring it the right way (level).

devm_ioremap_resource() enforces that there are no overlapping
resources, where as devm_ioremap() does not. The sata phy driver needs
a subset of the sata IO address space, so maps some of the sata
address space. As a result, sata_mv now fails to probe, reporting it
cannot get its resources, and so we don't have any SATA disks.

In the current form of the code, if a->replacementlen is 0, the reference
to *insnbuf for comparison touches potentially garbage memory. While it
doesn't affect the execution flow due to the subsequent a->replacementlen
comparison, it is (rightly) detected as use of uninitialized memory by a
runtime instrumentation currently under my development, and could be
detected as such by other tools in the future, too (e.g. KMSAN).
Fix the "false-positive" by reordering the conditions to first check the
replacement instruction length before referencing specific opcode bytes.

This patch adds support for new FullMAC WiFi driver for Quantenna
QSR10G chipsets.
QSR10G (aka Pearl) is Quantenna's 8x8, 160M, 11ac offering.
QSR10G supports 2 simultaneous WMACs - one 5G and one 2G.
5G WMAC supports 160M, 8x8 configuration. FW supports
up to 8 concurrent virtual interfaces on each WMAC.
Patch introduces 2 new drivers:
- qtnfmac.ko for interfacing with kernel wireless core
- qtnfmac_pearl_pcie.ko for interfacing with hardware over PCIe interface
