ANDROID: add vendor_hook to control CMA allocation ratio
CMA first allocation policy for movable makes CMA(Upstream doesn't) area always full. It's good for memory efficiency since it could use up CMA available memory most of time. However, it could cause cma_alloc slow since it causes a lot page migration all the time. Let's add vendor hook for someone who want to restore CMA allocation policy to upstream so they will see less page migration in cma_alloc. If the vendor_hook returns false, the rmqueue_bulk return 0 without filling pcp->lists so get_populated_pcp_list will return NULL. Once get_populated_pcp_list returns NULL, __rmqueue_pcplist will retry the page allocation with original migratetype(currently, original migratetype couldn't be MIGRATE_CMA) so the retrial will find available pages from !MIGRATE_CMA free list. ext4: disable fast-commit of encrypted dir operations

fast-commit of create, link, and unlink operations in encrypted
directories is completely broken because the unencrypted filenames are
being written to the fast-commit journal instead of the encrypted
filenames. These operations can't be replayed, as encryption keys
aren't present at journal replay time. It is also an information leak.
Until if/when we can get this working properly, make encrypted directory
operations ineligible for fast-commit.
Note that fast-commit operations on encrypted regular files continue to
be allowed, as they seem to work.

ANDROID: mm: add cma allocation statistics
alloc_contig_range is the core worker function for CMA allocation
so it has every information to be able to understand allocation
latency. For example, how many pages are migrated, how many time
unmap was needed to migrate pages, how many times it encountered
errors by some reasons.
This patch adds such statistics in the alloc_contig_range and
return it to user so user can use those information to analyize
latency. The cma_alloc is first user for the statistics, which
export the statistics as new trace event(i.e., cma_alloc_info).
It was really usefuli to optimize cma allocation work.

f2fs: add block_age-based extent cache
This patch introduces a runtime hot/cold data separation method for f2fs, in order to improve the accuracy for data temperature classification, reduce the garbage collection overhead after long-term data updates. Enhanced hot/cold data separation can record data block update frequency as "age" of the extent per inode, and take use of the age info to indicate better temperature type for data block allocation: - It records total data blocks allocated since mount; - When file extent has been updated, it calculate the count of data blocks allocated since last update as the age of the extent; - Before the data block allocated, it searches for the age info and chooses the suitable segment for allocation. Test and result: - Prepare: create about 30000 files * 3% for cold files (with cold file extension like .apk, from 3M to 10M) * 50% for warm files (with random file extension like .FcDxq, from 1K to 4M) * 47% for hot files (with hot file extension like .db, from 1K to 256K) - create(5%)/random update(90%)/delete(5%) the files * total write amount is about 70G * fsync will be called for .db files, and buffered write will be used for other files The storage of test device is large enough(128G) so that it will not switch to SSR mode during the test. ANDROID: scsi: ufs: add vendor hook to override key reprogramming
Some hardware has a way to restore all keyslots at once that is
significantly faster than restoring each keyslot individually, as is
done by blk_ksm_reprogram_all_keys(). Add a hook
"android_rvh_ufs_reprogram_all_keys" that allows overriding the
restoration of all keyslots after UFS reset. This may sleep, so this
must be a "restricted" Android vendor hook rather than a regular one.
Note that currently this functionality can't be upstreamed, as support
for the hardware that needs it would need to be upstreamed first.

ANDROID: scsi: ufs: add complete init vendor hook
Currently the core UFS driver does not have a vops to notify when the
device is operational. This commit introduces a hook, which serves to
notify device completing initialization and is ready to accept I/O.
This is required by the FIPS140-2 [1] self integrity test of inline
encryption engine, which must run whenever the host controller is reset.
The code requires sleeping while waiting for I/O to complete and allocating
some memory dynamically, which requires the vendor hook to be restricted.

ANDROID: remove inclusions from hook definition headers
To avoid changing the visibiliy of data types when including hook definition headers remove header file inclusions from the hook definition header files. Instead, the hook definition headers should just have forward declarations that don't require full definition. To provide full definitions of the types for the KMI, the headers that define the types should be included by the source file that instantiates the hooks - normally vendor_hooks.c. ANDROID: subsystem-specific vendor_hooks.c for sched
Change how vendor hooks are instantiated to promote more complete structure definition in the ABI XML description without complicating hook definition for partners. We don't want to force partners to include all headers as part of the hook definition in include/trace/hooks/ since that causes extra headers to be included in source files that runs the risk of changing visibility resulting in CRC changes to KMI symbols. Instead continue the practice of using forward declarations in the hook header files. Instead of instantiating all hook tracepoints globally in drivers/android/vendor_hooks.c, use subsystem-specific vendor_hooks.c if inclusion of subsystem-specific header files is required. This avoids namespace collisions between internal header files and limits the exposure to the internal headers to the instantiation, not the call sites. In this patch, all of the scheduler related hooks are instantiated in kernel/sched/vendor_hooks.c which can cleanly include scheduler-related header files to provide full type visibility. tracing: Use a struct alignof to determine trace event field alignment
commit 4c3d2f9388d36eb28640a220a6f908328442d873 upstream.
alignof() gives an alignment of types as they would be as standalone
variables. But alignment in structures might be different, and when
building the fields of events, the alignment must be the actual
alignment otherwise the field offsets may not match what they actually
are.
This caused trace-cmd to crash, as libtraceevent did not check if the
field offset was bigger than the event. The write_msr and read_msr
events on 32 bit had their fields incorrect, because it had a u64 field
between two ints. alignof(u64) would give 8, but the u64 field was at a
4 byte alignment.
Define a macro as:
ALIGN_STRUCTFIELD(type) ((int)(offsetof(struct {char a; type b;}, b)))
which gives the actual alignment of types in a structure.

trace_spmi_write_begin() and trace_spmi_read_end() both call
memcpy() with a length of "len + 1". This leads to one extra

Replace kfree_skb() with kfree_skb_reason() in tcp_v4_rcv(). Following
drop reasons are added:
SKB_DROP_REASON_NO_SOCKET
SKB_DROP_REASON_PKT_TOO_SMALL
SKB_DROP_REASON_TCP_CSUM
SKB_DROP_REASON_TCP_FILTER
After this patch, 'kfree_skb' event will print message like this:
