Mauro Carvalho Chehab e5424f0aec docs: PCI: endpoint: pci-endpoint-cfs.rst: avoid using ReST :doc:foo markup

The :doc:`foo` tag is auto-generated via automarkup.py.
So, use the filename at the sources, instead of :doc:`foo`.
