Steps on the way to 5.11-rc1

This handles the big v4l merge which required one Android-specific
commit to be reverted in order to work properly.  That revert can be
seen at 39cbc3ab24 ("Revert "ANDROID: v4l2-compat-ioctl32.c: copy
reserved fields"")
