Heinrich Schuchardt c79e89ecaa RISC-V: load initrd wherever it fits into memory
Requiring that initrd is loaded below RAM start + 256 MiB led to failure
to boot SUSE Linux with GRUB on QEMU, cf.

Remove the constraint.
