Alistair Delva 47ea291ae5 ANDROID: GKI: Add CONFIG_RPMSG to gki_defconfig ...

RPMSG is used on various SoC platforms downstream. Enable the subsystem
in the gki_defconfig. This also enables RPMSG_CHAR.
