Michel Lespinasse 9b92402808 FROMLIST: mm: anon spf statistics ...

Add a new CONFIG_SPECULATIVE_PAGE_FAULT_STATS config option,
and dump extra statistics about executed spf cases and abort reasons
when the option is set.
