As suggested by John, clean up sockmap related Kconfigs: Reduce the scope of CONFIG_BPF_STREAM_PARSER down to TCP stream parser, to reflect its name. Make the rest sockmap code simply depend on CONFIG_BPF_SYSCALL and CONFIG_INET, the latter is still needed at this point because of TCP/UDP proto update. And leave CONFIG_NET_SOCK_MSG untouched, as it is used by non-sockmap cases. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
