Daniel Rosenberg 7491ab39cb ANDROID: Sync ext4 casefolded encryption with patches going upstream ...

This brings the ext4 casefolded encryption implementation in line with
the patches that have gone upstream.

This is equivalent to reverting
"ANDROID-ext4-Handle-casefolding-with-encryption.patch"
"ANDROID-ext4-Optimize-match-for-casefolded-encrypted-dirs.patch"
and applying the equivalent upstream patches.

This now advertises the feature in sysfs under
/sys/fs/ext4/features/encrypted_casefold
