Lee Jones 69a6729b34 Revert "ANDROID: Reduce log level for couple of prints in hotplug flow" ...

This reverts commit 074a2b36c1.

According to Thomas Gleixner this is a *real* warning and should not
be demoted.  If this warning is triggered, something is not right with
the CPU Hotplug implementation.
