Guillaume Nault bcce55f556 ppp: Fix PPPIOCUNBRIDGECHAN request number ...

PPPIOCGL2TPSTATS already uses 54. This shouldn't be a problem in
practice, but let's keep the logical decreasing assignment scheme.
