Use drm_fb_cma_fbdev_init_with_funcs() and drm_fb_cma_fbdev_fini() which relies on the fact that drm_device holds a pointer to the drm_fb_helper structure. This means that the driver doesn't have to keep track of that. Also use the drm_fb_helper functions directly. Remove todo entry. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
